General Information

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability.  Our inventory is updated when orders ship, not when order is placed.  We strive to have products in stock at all times, however if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the item that can not ship.  See back order for policy and procedure for back orders.  This applies to mail in orders and orders placed online. 

  • BLM Gifts reserves the right to change the contents of this page and all pages within our website without notice.  We make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information but we offer no guarantees or warranties in these pages. 

  • By submitting an order by website or phone - the purchaser agrees to pay all credit card charges, including any sales tax, shipping charges and charges for product. 

  • We have not yet produced a printed catalog, but a PDF catalog is provided online or brochures may be posted and printed for personal use.  To be added to our mailing list for future mailings, please send an email to services@blmgifts.com

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax of 7% on all orders placed  by Georgia residents.

 

Product Disclaimer

Sometimes a vendor will discontinue certain products without prior notice.  BLM Gifts reserves the right to substitute items for equal or greater value depending on availability. 

 

Back Orders

Orders placed on the internet are automatically charged at the time the order is placed.  We try to keep stock counts on the internet correct, but that is not always possible.  Out of stock items will be on back order for no more than 30 days, and then the credit card will automatically be refunded. Shipping charges will be paid by BLM Gifts for back orders shipped within 30 days.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible.  Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex Ground and subject to their respective delivery times.  We ship Monday - Friday, from our warehouse in North Georgia.  BLM Gifts reserves the right to choose the shipping method for orders submitted in.  We cannot guarantee transit times with any carrier. 

 

Orders to military APO/FPO ship via US Postal Service. 

 

Shipping confirmation is normally but not always emailed out the day order ships that includes tracking number and method order shipped.  To check the status of your order, please complete Order Status form and submit request to us during normal business hours. 

 

Packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier and marked as undeliverable will be credited back to the customer's credit card minus shipping and handling charges and order canceled.  Packages returned due to an error made in our shipping department will be re-shipped as quickly as possible and customer notified of problem. 

 

Free Standard Shipping Specials Terms and Conditions

From time to time, BLM Gifts offers Free Standard Shipping to orders placed in the US. 

  • Orders qualify for free shipping (when offered) the subtotal must equal stated amount, not including shipping charges and sales tax.

  • Entire order must be shipped to a single address.

  • Excludes orders shipping outside the US and orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii

  • Free Shipping specials applies to standard shipping only.

  • BLM Gifts does not sell products wholesale.  Please do not ask for wholesale vendor contact information, our policy prohibits our customer service representative from providing this information. 

 

Return Policy

Should you receive your product damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will direct you on what we want you to do with the damaged item(s) and how to return it to us.  Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of order. 

 

If you order an item that you are not happy with, please contact us on how to return item back for a refund.  BLM Gifts will only refund the amount of the product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Product must be received back in "New Condition" for a full refund. 

 

Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your refund. 

 

BLM Gifts are not responsible for return shipping unless return is due to damage.

 

 

Payment Methods

We accept payment by most major credit / debit cards.  Payment will be debited from your account before your order leaves our facility.  All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.  If the issuer of the payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.  Charges on your credit card will appear under "BLM Gifts" if placed online and "Royal Appointments" if placed by phone. 

During check out you will be asked for the CVC (Card Verification Number) on your card.  This is requested as an additional security measure.  Orders placed by phone will also be asked for this number and no order will be processed without this number.

International Order ~ Orders placed to ship outside the US will have a verfication process to insure the card does belong to the person placing the order.  When placing order, be sure that the credit card number entered matches the mailing address entered and the cvc number must also be correct.  If information does not match, order will be canceled without notice.  (Please see International Shipping page for more information.) BLM Gifts reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel order. 

Orders paid by check or money order will not be shipped until funds has cleared our back. 

 

Privacy and Security

At BLM Gifts, your privacy is of the up-most importance to us.  It is our policy to handle your credit card information and personal data with the highest standards of safety, security features and confidentiality.  BLM Gifts uses a secure shopping cart program, currently PayPal for our credit card processing online.   We will not sale or exchange any of your personal information with third parties.  We will keep confidential any information entered during ordering and registration if required. 

 

Our Data Base Policy

A customer will generally remain in our data base for two years from date of last order, unless we are asked to remove name and address prior to that time.  BLM Gifts does not sell or lend out our data base.  We do not give out telephone numbers or any personal information of our customers. 

 

Terms and Conditions of Use

Any use of BLM Gifts's website is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed within our site.  If you disagree with any portion of our terms and condition, please discontinue use of our website.  BLM Gifts is not liable for any damage to your computer or software that resulted indirectly or incidental from your use of our website.
